Still on Genesis 3
The Bible says Adam went to hid himself when he heard the voice of God walking through the garden. It means man's sense of righteousness-ability to stand in God's Presence without any sense of guilt and inferiority complex was lost Time and space will fail me to teach extensively on righteousness but, know this for sure, we became righteous through the substitutionary work of Christ. God made Jesus to bear our sinful nature and gave us His (Jesus) righteous nature. 2 Cor. 5:21. We can come boldly to the throne of Grace without any fear, guilt or inferiority complex. Heb.4:16. If you were to appear before the Throne of God right now as a born again, you won't feel like Adam after the fall. Hallelujah!
Another thing is this, God drove Adam and Eve out of the garden. EDEN is to man what WATER is to a fish. We can only govern this planet effectively and attain the fullest of our potentials if we remain in Eden. At the fall, we were sent out of Eden.
WHAT IS EDEN?
Eden is the Presence of God that descended over a particular geographical location. Remember that Lucifer once dwell in Eden. Eze 28. Man lost the connection with the Presence of God at the fall. But, thank God for what He did through Jesus the Christ. THE HOLY SPIRIT (the connection between Heaven and Earth) now dwell within us. Isaiah calls Him, THE ANGEL OF HIS PRESENCE. Is. 63:9. In other word, He brings God's Presence (the tangible reality of God) to you. That is why nobody in the Old Testament had the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. He used to come UPON them to carry certain spiritual task. That's was why David prayed, 'take not the Holy Spirit from me'. PS. 51:11. This is not a prayer point in these days and time. We have the Holy Spirit abiding Presence FOREVER except you dissociate yourself from God.
THE TREE OF LIFE
Man wasn't allowed to partake of the Tree of Life after the Fall so that he would not remain forever in that fallen state. Thank God, we didn't eat it. But much more than this, we thank God that through Christ Jesus, we now partake of the Tree of Life. I hope you know thath the Tree of Life is still in existence? Rev. 22:1-2. Just in case you don't before, the Tree of Life is THE WORD OF GOD. The Word of God is the Zoe Producing Tree capable of destroying every atoms or molecules of sin and death within you. Hallelujah!
Faith is the key to appropriating what I have shared here in your life. Don't let this end at the level of mental awareness but, PRESS FOR THE REALITY OF THESE THINGS IN YOUR LIFE.
