I welcome you to this edition of the Joel Army Series. I said yesterday that we will look at THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS ARMY
Joel 2:2 ...'a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. 
2:4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
 2:5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.
 2:6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. 
2:7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:
2:8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
 2:9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. 
2:10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining'.

With the descriptions of this army, it is Crystal clear that this army is a Supernatural one. Verse 11 reveals the software that drives this army; THE VOICE OF THE LORD.
What makes us to be relevant in God's Kingdom is because we know the present Revelation of God. As a pastor, it is possible for you to be raising people into the past rather than for the future. This is the condition of many Churches today after many years of discipleship. When the full blown effect of that revival found expression, the outcome was where God had been  It is because the Prophetic dimension has been undermined; we are paying little or no attention to the present posture of Revelation.

Since the day God gave the Earth to be the sons of men, it seems that man has become God's greatest limitation in carrying out His will in the Earth.
But Joel spoke of a day when there will be the emergence of a strange specie of people that will come into such an incredible degree of alignment with God and His purpose. They won't constitute hinderence to the power and grace of God in the Earth. They will translate the mindset of God and bring it into manifestation in the Earth. It will be as if God Himself has acquired human's leg to walk the Earth because if God wants to hit a place, this army come into formation. They align with the Spirit of God and like one man, they will move into that place and everything contrary to the will of God will be brought down because WILLING PEOPLE THAT HAVE DECIDED TO DROP THEIR OWN AGENDAS HAVE FOUND EXPRESSION UPON THE SCENE.
In this day that Joel spoke about, God's limitation among them will be removed.
This army is unique because they have never existed before; i.e God, prior to this time has never found this kind of degree of alignment in the Earth.

The Church of God is universal! If we all tune in to God, irrespective of geographical location and time zone, we can all pipe in to the agenda of God.
We are in the end of the year. In the next few days, many prophetic words for the new year will be rolled out; YEAR OF DOUBLE HONOUR, YEAR OF MANIFESTATION, YEAR OF GREAT GRACE, etc.
Friends, If the true operation of the Prophetic office find expression, all these recklessness about God's plans will cease because when the Prophets come, their testimonies about the present Revelation of God will be the same.
The onus of revival is not with God but with us. Until we come into alignment with Him, Prophetic words and God's agenda will wait until sufficient alignment is gained in the Earth.

 God is ready to move and do terrible things in righteousness in these days and times this is why He said to blow the Trumpet and sound the alarm. 'IT IS TIME TO MARCH WITH THE COMMANDING OFFICER'. He comes to blow a strange kind of trumpet and even if you believe and you are too weak, the power behind this alarm can rattle the foundation of your spirit and make it come alive.
Let me stop here today and continue tomorrow.

We have established yesterday that the 7 Spirits of God describe the 7 fold distinct manifestation of the Holy Spirit and it also describes the perfection of the Spirit of God. Holy Spirit 8- The symbol of Oil

1 Sam.16:13, Is.61:1,PS.23:5,92:10. The Oil typifies ANOINTING UPON & WITHIN A PERSON. It's an empowerment for God's Service. In the old testament, the anointing comes only on THE PRIESTS, KINGS AND PROPHETS to perform spiritual tasks. The rule hasn't changed now just THAT ALL BELIEVERS have been brought in. The anointing is NOT THAT oil you carry about in the bottle. One man of God in Nigeria once said 'THE ANOINTING IS THE HOLY SPIRIT IN A BOTTLE'. That statement is completely heretical. To appreciate the Oil Dimension of the Holy Spirit, let's look at d making of the HOLY ANOINTING OIL in old testament.
