THE WORLD BEFORE ADAM SERIES 4 Hello everyone, welcome to another edition in this series. Yesterday, we started looking at THE PLANET EARTH BEFORE ADAM. Today, I will give us some cogent points to validate the existence of a planet Earth before Adam. 1.The word 'create' is used only THREE TIMES IN GENESIS 1. It was used in Vs. 1 for Heaven and Earth, used in Vs. 21 for Sea animals and in Vs. 27 for MAN. The Hebrew word for 'create' is 'BARA' which means to bring something out of a non physically existing material. The word 'make' is from the Hebrew word 'asah' which means to make something out of already existing material. The above proved the genuineness of an earth in Genesis 1 vs. 1. 2. Genesis 1 vs. 2 says 'And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters'. Many have read this without careful thinking. Even as a young body in Children Class, I've always wondered what happened. The phrase 'without form and void' in the Hebrew is 'tohu va bohu' which means 'became without form and void'. This interpretation is also in perfect simulacrum with Is. 45:18 which says 'For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else. I hope it is getting clearer that Gen. 1 vs. 2 couldn't have been referring to the beginning of the earth. 3. The word 'earth in Genesis 1 vs. 1 is translated as 'DRY LAND'. If this is so, then Vs. 2 could only have shown that something went wrong that made the 'dry land' to be flooded. Also, notice God's decree in Genesis 1vs. 9-10. God called 'Dry Land =Earth'. If this is so, then something definitely went wrong in Genesis 1 vs. 2. 4. Jeremiah 4 vs. 23-26 has taken it further: Jer 4:23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. 4:24 I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. 4:25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. 4:26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger. Someone can easily say 'this must be describing the resultant effects of Noah's flood. This CANNOT BE TRUE for many reasons: there were men, fruitful vegetations, birds, mountains and hills after the Noah's flood. God didn't recreate anything. The sun, moon and stars were not shut down during this flood. The atmospheric heaven continued to give light during and after Noah's flood. If we are going to rightly divide the Word of Truth, Jeremiah 4 vs 23-26 must be put in Genesis 1 vs 2. 5. Job 38 suggested the existence of sun, moon and stars and other creations. The word 'make' was used for the 'Sun and the Moon' which suggest that THEY HAVE BEEN IN EXISTENCE BEFORE THEY WERE MADE IN Gen. 1: 16 6. Isaiah 14 vs 12-20 is very massive. We will still explore this passage verse by verse in subsequent series. But, notice words like 'nations, kingdoms, cities, kings and men in this passage. A careful study revealed that IT COULD NEVER HAVE BEEN REFERRING TO ANY PERIOD OF TIME BETWEEN ADAM AND NOW. More explanations will come later when we explore the reign of Lucifer. 7. Ezekiel 28 vs 11-19 is very heavy. I suggest that you read it line by line. We will still do some scriptural work on it. 8. 2 Pet. 3 vs 5-7 is the last scripture and proof that I will give you to drive home my point that THERE WAS ACTUALLY A PLANET EARTH BEFORE ADAM. I suggest you go through this post thoroughly and read the scriptures with openness of Earth. Tomorrow, I will take it further as we explore THE CONTENTS OF THE EARTH OF GENESIS 1 VS 1. God bless you. My name is Olufemi Solomon WhatsApp: +2349095507154 If you have missed any edition, get in touch so that you can get it.
