Hello everyone, I welcome you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We are presently considering the weapons of the Joel Army.

OTHER DESCRIPTIONS OF THE SOLDIERS IN THIS ARMY
1. They are people that have accepted the Jesus Christ not just as a Saviour but as LORD. We have many folks in Church nowadays that are born again and even speak in tongues but Jesus Christ is not their Lord. To accept the Lordship of Jesus means that He governs the affairs of your life 100% through His Word (Spoken and Written). This is where PS. 23 and John 10:3-9, 14 make sense.

2. They are those who have been baptised in the Holy Ghost not just with the evidence of Speaking in Tongues but their own speaking in tongues has translated into Power.
The Disciples were promised Power after receiving the Holy Ghost in Acts 1:8 but what we saw in Acts 2 was TONGUES. It means there is a connection between SPEAKING IN TONGUES AND BEING WITH POWER. I know some folks will scream and shout they have power but, we are referring to the POWER IN MOTION; ACTIVE, DEMONSTRATABLE POWER.
Also, there is a progression in the Gifts of the Spirit; most people start out in UTTERANCE GIFTS (PROPHECY, TONGUES AND INTERPRETATION). Then, move into REVELATIONAL GIFTS (WORD OF KNOWLEDGE, WORD OF WISDOM AND DISCERNING OF SPIRITS). It is REVELATION that launches you into THE POWER GIFTS (GIFT OF FAITH, GIFTS OF HEALINGS AND WORKING OF MIRACLES).

An average soldier in the Joel Army must be able to operate in the Power Gifts. Why? Those incredible feats that will be performed by this army as described in Joel 2 will be sponsored majorly by the REVELATIONAL GIFTS AND POWER GIFTS.
All these are powered by PRAYER. This is one of the reasons we have been given the ability to PRAY IN TONGUES. Praying in Tongues is the only form of prayer that longevity of time spent in prayer is guaranteed. You can't really pray in your mother's tongue for 10hours stretch. But, there are those who have prayed for 72hours stretch in tongues. I tell you sincerely, if you have not been excercising yourself in praying for long, you cannot be a part of this army.
Why? There are dimensions of God that can't be gotten during all these short  time prayers many of us  do. Go and research all the people that have worked in incredible miracles in Church history, you will discover that Continued and Intense Prayers is at the heart of those Revivals. The Joel Army are those who have pressed into God so much that they have come out with tangible things from that realm.

We have established yesterday that the 7 Spirits of God describe the 7 fold distinct manifestation of the Holy Spirit and it also describes the perfection of the Spirit of God. Holy Spirit 8- The symbol of Oil

1 Sam.16:13, Is.61:1,PS.23:5,92:10. The Oil typifies ANOINTING UPON & WITHIN A PERSON. It's an empowerment for God's Service. In the old testament, the anointing comes only on THE PRIESTS, KINGS AND PROPHETS to perform spiritual tasks. The rule hasn't changed now just THAT ALL BELIEVERS have been brought in. The anointing is NOT THAT oil you carry about in the bottle. One man of God in Nigeria once said 'THE ANOINTING IS THE HOLY SPIRIT IN A BOTTLE'. That statement is completely heretical. To appreciate the Oil Dimension of the Holy Spirit, let's look at d making of the HOLY ANOINTING OIL in old testament.
