Sometimes ago, I attended a meeting where I met a white man. He is the type of man that ladies would describe as tall, dark and handsome. From my judgment, he would either be a military officer or someone who is very concerned about his body shape. I was discontented with my life at that time and I got to know that people in my state were going to join this rebel in the mountains. Visiting prophets is a culture that used to be very common in the church, however it is becoming an old fashioned idea as the church, on a corporate level is growing in the knowledge of God. Some denominations do not celebrate the gift of the prophet as some other denominations. Those that celebrate the gift tend to visit prophets more than those that do not celebrate this very important gift in the body of Christ. Mostly, when a believer visits a prophet, he seeks solution to a challenge that he doesn't know the way out from, so in the manner of the African religion where you consult an oracle to know the solution of a challenge, believers also visit prophets for the same reason. A prophet is simply a believer that has given himself to learning God's voice accurately which means that the dimension of the prophetic is not reserved for a people. In recent times, we have seen many things show up on the social media about Pastors and church leaders and there have been many reactions ranging from the good ones to the very terrible ones. In all of this, the bible admonishes us that wisdom is the principal thing. As believers, we must have a reaction that is aligned with the scriptures as our social media activities are part of the things we will give account for. So, how should you react when you see an accusation against a believer on the internet? Disappointing Prayer I wondered what gave birth to this wide smile that has invaded her entire beautiful face. My mind really wanted to wander, but I had to cage it and focus on the cause of the smile rather than the charming smile. The last expression I saw from her face was that of a very bewildered and disappointed person. I could even say that she was angry. Although, there are differences in our modes of prayer, we all believe in the efficacy of lifting up our voice to God to hear our requests and answer them.  God of Weird Instruction It is still like a dream to me. How would God disturb another person so much just to make sure that he is in place to help another person. The events of the previous day keep puzzling me on how much goodness lies in God. I remembered as I watched the pregnant clouds covered the entire sky, it sent some very cold chills down my spine. The shape of a territory is determined by the activities of the generations of men. Every generation plays a role in the narrative of a territory. The dominant activity of a generation adds to the shape of the territory When a demonic generation conditions the territory to the will of the evil one, they create a mold and anyone that finds himself in the territory unconsciously fits into the mold that have been established. Does God Really Choose a Spouse for Us? Some months ago, I did a survey among 30 ladies concerning how they want their man to propose to them. It was very obvious that the ladies do not want to hear about the dreams and visions he had or the number of days he fasted and prayed before he was sure that she is the one.
